SUZANA JUGOVIĆ
graduate engineer in fashion and textile design
Our legislation is bad because it does not protect you as a highly educated person. When I started working there after graduation, I worked for the minimum wage, which was then 415 euros. I was married then, but I had no children and I lived with my parents. It was fine with me then. I wanted to learn something new, get a job experience. But I worked all the time for the same salary. I worked for minimum wage when working very important jobs, and then I stayed on the same salary when doing totally unimportant jobs.
