“I’ve had psoriasis since I was nineteen. The doctor told me that it can’t be healed completely, only treated. You know, I’d like to go to the seaside. Everybody says that sea would improve my condition, but I can’t afford it.”
Milena has been battling psoriatic arthritis; she dreams of visiting a seaside rehabilitation centre, which is unavailable to her due to her poor financial state. Hindered access to medical care is one of the problems faced by members of the Roma community.
